MTGenie is a personal project I’ve been building in my spare time since 2022. A new version for a wider audience is on the way.
MTGenie is my personal collection tracker
I’ve been collecting Magic: The Gathering cards since 7ed. Back in 2001, a handwritten list was all I needed. When I returned to MTG two decades later, I wanted a better way to track my collection, see how far it had come, and keep track of what was still missing. That’s why I created MTGenie.
Yassir — the Scryfall extension you’ve been missing
Scryfall is an amazing tool that has helped me a lot while building my collection. It does have one problem, though: its search syntax, set codes, and tag system can take time to learn.
Yassir adds a simple visual query builder to Scryfall. Build precise searches with guided filters and set and tag suggestions, then find cards by what they do without memorising keywords.
